Hi Chuck,

Yes it is all new installs, the site is yet to go live. I have installed vBulletin, then vbGallery. I have then done the import of users.

I added one of the imported users into the ppgal_user table and the reset password function now works, so it seems because the user record was missing from the vbGallery user table then it was not working.

If I go and manually add all the imported userids into the ppgal_user table, can you think of anything else that could cause a problem because I have imported users into the vBulletin database, rather than adding users the normal way.
