There should be a link yes if your templates where modified. Do you have multiple template styles? You can add a gallery link if you need to and I can show you how if you show me a url and the style your talking its only a matter of placing a link in the navbar template or header depending on where you do your links. If you dont use a navbar and only do links in your header this could be why you dont see a link.
