Well simply put there is no dynamic link the way your doing it.
You can trick the program like this in performing a new search but ones you hit searchid thats it
/gallery/search.php?do=searchresults&string=keywordhere&catid=0&quicksearch=1
You could make a full url link like so above and use the keyword you want where noted.
