I still dont understand what im messing up.
at the admin login page im still getting this error:
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/locavur7/public_html/classifieds/forums/vb3.php on line 45
i dont know whats wrong with this file? its there but it says its not.
Now i can login and it shows on my site but above my header its has this error:

And below the navbar we have this error:
