| Have you actually moved the person into the moderators usergroup where you set that usergroup to have moderator rights in admin edit usergroup permissions? If that person is not part of a usergroup that has moderator rights then they are not going to be a moderator no matter how much you assign them as one in the category editor. Hope that helps you. |
