Looks to me like you where using a newer version that you thought and ran an upgrade you where suppose to not run again which results in the filenames being changed.
The correct course of action here would be to restore a copy of the database before you upgraded and run the upgrade script electing to run 3.2 forward do not run the upgrade prior that you did as the one before is the one which changes filenames.
