Linked Thumbnail: is the only thing that shows underneath of a photo

Then under that or on the right side of the field, depending on what photo is pulled up, is an icon that says MORE

when you click on that, you open the following fields

Linked Medium:
Medium Image:
Direct link:

my question is...

how do i show all 4 options at once?

and how do i re-arrange them to be in this order?

Linked Thumbnail:
Direct link:

or at least, switch the first field to be shown as Medium Image:

all of my members are getting confused and don't understand how to use the gallery to post in threads... it is very confusing to them...
