I have several post count based usergroups (private, sergeant, captain, major, colonel) and I want Sgts and higher to get one free ad. For all the applicable usergroups I have "Free Ad?" set to a value of 1.
The users still get prompted for payment. I just launched the site with the new paid system and everything is working out really great except the users are getting upset that they don't get their free ad.
Here are some of my settings:
Moderate Ads: Yes
Allow Posting: Yes
Allow Payment: Yes
