Well what ticks me off is that there is NO support without Chuck, what if Chuck got hit by a bus? We'd all be screwed. I called the main sales number and no one answers. I've emailed
support@photopost.com and not received a response for days. I mean if there had been an announcement like "no support for the next week" I never would have attempted an upgrade during that time period, but to NOT give an announcement and NOT give support is seriously making me think about switching my articles section from ReviewPost to some other piece of software...
