WOAH !! IMO, your header is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too tall. Eats up close to 1/2 the height of my screen. A smaller image/header at the top would make it easier on folks (less scrolling) that have smaller screens - especially with today's consumer laptops and their "wide" screen aspect - i.e. 1280 (width) x 900 (height).
