well you would have to visit the mod corner forums and see if there are any user modifications that would do this.
I know for example you could use our
vb forum block inc_features.php and modify that to use on some other site as long as your server allows external mysql connections. You must allow external mysql connections to make that happen since they need to connect to your site,
