PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Quick Reply not showing after VB 3.7.0 !!

Hi,

My PhotoPost 5.31 was working perfectly for more than 3 years and it was really solid since I have more than 60,000 users accessing more than 10,000 pictures with more than 10,000 comments.

The problem is that after upgarding my vBulletin to 3.7.0, the Quick Reply is not showing in any page!! I know it has nothing to do with vBulletin but I noticed this after the upgrade only.

I checked all the PhotoPost options and all the UserGroups permissions and I found nothing!! Please take a look on the following link how its showing now:
