is there a way to add a prefix to title of photos?

when members upload photos, they put titles which aren't necessarily descriptive of the photo or the site. I thought putting a prefix to the photo title would help getting the photos indexed?

eg. I want to automatically add a couple of key words to add to the titles.

any way of doing this?
