I have found, that scanning tool doesn't go in depth of the tree of subcategories. I.e., it checks only the selected subcategory.
Such algorithm is not useful if the subcategories tree is huge (I have about 6500 subcategories now).
Are there any othere ways to fix the problem?
BTW, I've tried to use the scanning tool again over the all categories. It was stopped at the same number:
Checking photo #15146: done.
Checking photo #15147:
MySQL server has not gone away, database worked properly without any problems.
