Can you please post a link so we can assist. I would suspect your running Photopost with vbulletin and your quick comment box is broken since your have some vb hacks installed and one of those hacks/plugins conflicts with the comment box in photopost. The correct action here is to disable your plugins verify the comment box appears and then turn on your plugins one at a time till you find out which plugin is incompatible.
