I'm sorry, I don't want to be negative here, but why is there such a lack of support for this software?
At $120, it's certainly not cheap, and I bought it in the hope that it would be an asset to my forum.
None of my emails to the support team have been answered, and I'm sat here stuck, not knowing where on earth to go from here. Can I just have a little bit of input as to why I'm getting this error?
I've followed all of the steps required in the installation manual.
