Take a look @ the gallery settings.
AdminCP => vBGallery => Modify Settings
- Title, URL's, & Paths
Make sure your URLs and PATHs are filled out.
EX:
Gallery URL:
http://www.domain.com/gallery
Files Path:
http://www.domain.com/gallery/files
Path of Images:
/path/to your/gallery/files
**No ending slash " / "
