When I have a usergroup option "Moderate new images" set, the user in that usergroup gets a message stating that his / her contribution will be moderated. Works perfectly.

But when I moderate that image, and check the "E-mail" checkbox upon deletion, the author of that image is *not* notified by e-mail that his / her contribution has been removed.

Is this a bug or am I overlooking something?
