You can rerun install again as it will not delete your database tables. You have a standalone photopost not integrated with anything so you dont use a cookie prefix.
You can either reinstall or if you have phpmyadmin on your control panel of the site view the settings table of photopost and for settings 171 172 and 173 make sure cookies are set like this
