I asked you to pm me last night at 3am and you posted this here at 4:30am saying that I hadn't responded yet. We're happy to help but if your definition of bad support is failing to respond within 1.5 hours in the middle of the night, guilty as charged.
Michael, Chuck, and I, checked out your site. I think your thumbnails might be a bit soft, but unfortunately that's not something that our software controls. Here's what I'd suggest:
1) Use a bigger thumbnail
2) Switch to GD for image resizing instead of ImageMagick. This will tell you for sure if ImageMagick is to blame and is probably the best way to resolve the issue, if there is one.
3) Or try recompiling ImageMagick with a newer version.
