That will help your first issue. The second issue which you state you fixed is the fact you selected the wrong GD version for your server. I am assuming you have corrected this in Global Options selecting the proper GD version for your server for the image processor. if you have done this and new photos show fine you can go into admin to scan database and select the options to rebuild thumbnails and medium images and hit submit. The program will rebuild your medium and thumbnail images correctly. |
Ok, the Verified Member thing is throwing me off because my programmer installed the software for me. Now I'm just trying to set everything up and configure it. I'll look into that asap.
Secondly, I fixed the actual pictures by going to "upload photo options". Next I went to the field: "Trigger medium graphic height and width
An uploaded larger than this will create a medium image of this size." I increased that value, which fixed the pictures. Now when I upload a new picture, the picture itself is perfect, but the thumbnail still shows gray and low quality. That make any sense? I really appreciate the help. I am so close, the thumbnail is all I need to be good to go.
