I'm in the market for buying a new classifieds script, as I had originally purchased 68Classifieds, but am not happy with its minimal vbulletin intergration (as it relates to shared member database), which is why I'm leaning more towards the PP product.

But I'm a little concerned of the perceived lack of communication/support for the product that I observed browsing the PP Classifieds forum... for instance.

Someone posted a new thread asking for any info regarding a new release/version of the product several days ago, and it's been ignored.

Just wondering what level of support I should expect if I choose to purchase this line of products?
