Your forum photo plugin is easy just read the instructions here and uncomment and fill out the lines noted in the inc_features.php file as your photopost and
vb are in separate databases.

As far as your gallery please post a url. I would suspect all upgrades have not been ran and it appears by your description which is why I want a url that your iponline table might be corrupt.
You would need to repair the tables in your database and then lets see if your missing any upgrades.
