It's not a rant... it's a reality. I've spent days reading through threads.. I've read them over and over. I wanted to avoid posting the same dumb questions that no one ever gets an answer to. There's one that's very recent, the poor guy as posted three times... he's talking to himself.

Honestly, the fact you guys refuse to see it and/or believe it is amazing. Believe me, I understand your situation. But it's obvious you can't see the forest for the trees. A simple knowledge base would help... and a straight forward answer. Not... "I've posted a thread here... (insert link)" "Did you review the post of so and so here (insert link)?" Or.... "I've moved this discussion here (insert link)"

Michael, I'm not making this stuff up. It's all here (insert link) LOL.

Seriously, though. My site will get completed.. and my life will go on. I'm just amazed at the absurdity of it, that's all. You're obviously very bright people... but you leave a lot to be desired by way of your means of communicating.

BTW, it's not even clear what people are downloading or buying. I spent a week trying to understand why someone who was helping me kept asking "why didn't you get PhotoPost?" And telling me "I'm not familiar with vBGallery." I thought I bought PhotoPost. I actually downloaded VbGallery. Then came back and downloaded Photopost Pro. AND.... I've seen actual threads inquiring... where do I buy VBgallery. Right here on your own site.

But, as I said... no problem. I'm sure it's much easier for you to label me as some nut off on a rant... than stepping back and asking yourself.. "does this guy have a point? Are we communicating our products and services properly?" Hey.. maybe I'm wrong. But I assure you, I'm not an idiot.
