My point is you are out of touch with your customers. AND... we are customers. I don't recall this being shareware. Yes... you provide support where none is needed. You have a product that puts photos in a gallery.

However, the only attraction to your product (as there are far, far better gallery solutions out there) is it integrates with vBulletin. .. kind of.

So without question, YOU are right. I am wrong. Does that make you happy? Does that make your customers happy? Does that make your product better? Does that make me likely to purchase your products in the future? Or... am I like to seek out a better product with a friendlier approach to helping people use their product in better ways?

Chuck, you are absolutely right. But in the long term vision of building and growing your product... you couldn't me more wrong. The key to success is helping people use your product in more ways. You should consider that the more vested in your solution your customers become, the more they are committed to staying on board. You should be looking for ways to own this space. You're not. You're looking for ways to simply do what you "have" to do to cover the bases. That's too bad.
