You have the same problem I had when I upgrade to 6.0 in that lightbox is expecting images in this directory on your site:
http://www.iloco.org/images/
Rather than go through a detailed explanation I will just say that lightbox is expecting to find it's own images in this directrory but the directory probably does not exist. This is why your lightbox window does not have the 'close' button graphic. The easiest fix is to creat the directory if it does not exist and upload the contents of the image directory that came with photopost.
I know this is probably not the best fix, but its the easiest that I can tell.
