Ok I thought since the folder was empty it would be ok. Its now deleted.
I also had settings to dark_borders in layout options. Its always been that way.

Now my only problem I see is the collaspe icon on the comment window is not showing.

Here is what properties says its pointing to. http://www.iloco.org/photopost/image...lapse_tcat.gif

There is no folder named buttons . I think it needs to be looking for the vbb image folder which does have a button folder in it.
