Ok, this really is a major issue even with the text added, see above, people STILL do not click the link to come back and make the ad show up.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put this HIGH on the list as it really is not something I really thought I would need to monitor. All it is doing is making people upset and adding more work.
