If you have only a vBGallery license then you can either let it remain as-is or you can upgrade it to a PhotoPost Pro license which would then allow you to use
either vBGallery or PhotoPost Pro.

If you have only a vBGallery license and choose not to upgrade it to a PhotoPost Pro license then you are not entitled to use that license to run PhotoPost Pro.
