I've made some minor changes to fix some reported issues (including the lightbox javascript error, uniform thumbnails, profile page formatting, etc).
One issue remains outstanding - the comment box is throwing up an IE7 error with vBulletin 3.68 and I have yet to find a solution.

You will want to run this SQL command (or rerun the upgrade.php script):
UPDATE settings SET title='Use uniform thumbnail feature?' WHERE id=230;
as the title for that setting was set wrong by the 6.0 upgrade.
