mmhhh, before I start all over again, I will try whether I can fix some issues manually one by one (I am pretty sure, that I followed the steps in your guide correctly).

Regarding the user with the missing username: I do think that he had multiple accounts with the same e-mail address and teh import script just piked one name over the other for the same address. I will try to solve first the other issues.

Regarding #3: (duplicate images):

It seems tht the suers that had duplicate images at once experienced an error
during the upload process. Not in the first upload screen, but in the second. This message appeared:

----

xxx Message
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script: bulkupload

Query: SELECT SUM(filesize) AS fsize FROM xyz_photos WHERE userid= AND storecat=0

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND storecat=0' at line 1

Database handle: Resource id #6
------------

So they seem sto think, that upload did not work although it shows up in the gallery and so they try it againa and again. that is why there are duplicates.

But not all users have this problem.

A. Any idea what this error message could mean?/ What is causing it

Regarding #1 (The users can not see their albums anymore)

I will come back to that later on...

New issue:

When I look in "members galleries" there are normally always the last image uploaded visible next to each username. Now I found out, that with users who have not uploaded after the integration yet, this last image is not correct. It is actuially an image of another user.

BUT when I click on that image to get into the gallery of that member, it shows all images properly and the wrong image is NOT part of them.

It seems that is the case with all users, who do not have reactivated their new password yet, if that is some help for you.

B. I guess I have to scan db for correcting this in ACP? Or will that destroy anything?

Also not all membergalleries are showing up when clicking on the alphabet within the member gallery section. I do not know what the reason for this is, since it is not only with non-reactivated users.

If I use the search tool by username, I can get via an image to every member gallery I want to and see all images correctly. Strange.

C. Is there any kind of "filter" that makes a selection of usergalleries to display in that section that could hide certain membergalleries there?

Thanks in advance
