Well really dont know what else to say I dont work for Jelsoft support and have no experience trying to debug their software. I do not support there product which is the same thing they are telling you. However you need to make then understand your error is happening to your
vb panel and has nothing to do with our software. They are funny the minute they hear photopost they are like sorry cant help you.
My only suggestion would be to of course ensure all plugins products hacks etc are uninstalled and you run a clean vbulletin and see if this happens.
The only way I can see some cross over here is some conflicting hack or something. It has to be.
As I have stated a few times in a normal vbulletin photopost integrated install VBULLETIN SOFTWARE WILL NOT EVEN KNOW PHOTOPOST EXISTS ON THE SERVER SO HOW IS THIS HAPPENING UNLESS SOME HACK CONFLICT IS GOING ON.
