Hmm, I followed the instructions, but when I try to run the install script, I get this error:

XML Error: unknown at Line 0

I tried tunning the install script both from the server and from my computer, same error.

Any idea where I'm going wrong?

ETA: I removed everything from my forum and then did a clean install. That fixed it.
