Doing the exact OPPOSITE of what you suggested, I had my site up and
running in no time.

Your advice was right on target -- telling me to restore my entire
database, when merely 4 tables simply had to be 'repaired'. Again,
having NOT listened to you, I lost no real-time data on my site, and
have not had to rollback anything.

Now that my website is 100% functional, without having had to restore
my database, I think I'll go ahead and try to repair your lack of
support:

Next time someone comes to you with an isolated problem, how about
instead of hitting your canned response button, you actually read what
they wrote and get back to them with something worthwhile.

Had I come to you with an OS problem, specifically something like
Minesweeper doesn't save scores, would you have me format my entire
computer, too?

Rest assured these strings of email and "support" will be made heard
and your advice, specifically, denounced.
