1) users say they cant delete their own photos. ive checked the permissions and i dont see any problems. where is the delete box?
They should see a delete box after they hit edit photo and go to that script. That is if you allow users to delete pics in admin options
2) how do i delete all the pictures at once in a users gallery if it was created when they uploaded the first picture (ie, not a category) ?
If your talking an album you can manage them in admin under manage albums
