I must be dumb because I don't see how to "turn it on".
I see options to turn on Statistics Bar, Random Ad, Display Most Viewed Ads Pal, Use Whos Online PAL, Display Custom PAL #1, Display Custom PAL #2, Display Custom PAL #3
but I do not see anything about a featured ads block.
Could you humor me and tell me specifically how to "turn it on"? Thanks!
