PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - i want to change the wording Welcome to the My Photo Gallery! in the index.php

I am using photopost by its self but I would like to combine the logo and text ? I do have VB in another siite but not the web site i am working on - so yes i would like to kind of model what VB did and have a logo and a little text - in the photopost product - how would i do that would part of it be in the database or it is simple HTML in like the header file - good observation about what i was asking being in VB - but not i this case!
