I would like to setup a PhotoPost gallery for a community where some of the visitors will be posting comments in English and others will need to post comments in Japanese. Is this possible? They had done a "test" comment in Japanese on another web site's PhotoPost gallery and their comment just showed up as "???????" instead of the Japanese characters. How do we fix this?
