PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Members images don't load to random images

I have PPP integrated into the front vB index page and a single "random images" bar on the index page.

1 member complains that only one of his images loaded into the PP Gallery shows up in the random images bar. I found that to be the case too.

When I look into the PP Gallery page, and do a search under his user initial, I get two members, and when I click on the one image of the member who is raising the issue, it shows 2 albums with over 50 photos loaded.

Is there some reason why the Random Images feature would not be pulling images from this user?
