I'm having this same problem, but would also like to have the gallery pages show the vBadvanced left bar. I have it working properly on my forums themselves, following the directions on the vBadvanced forums. But I cannot get the same thing to work on the PPP pages.
I found these instructions above, but the file mentioned above gallery_global.php, doesn't appear to exist.
