Is it possible to allow members to upload pictures into a new sub folder that they create. here is the problem I am running into.

I have an events gallery but we have lots of events so I want everyone to be able to create a folder for example: "Imperial Race" then upload all of there photos from that race. So events gallery would have many sub folders created by members.
