All of my users can upload to their member galleries, and get thumbnails and photos, but when anyone besides me tries to upload to one of the other albums, they get the medium and large pic, but no thumbnail generated. I can fix it by rebuilding all thumbs, but I can't do that everyday.
I've checked and double checked the cmod on all folders and they're all 777, I've double checked safe mode is off. I've double checked user permissions. All set correctly as far as I can tell. I know the path's are right as I can upload to any of the albums and get thumbnails and pics, just not anyone else to any album other than Members Galleries.

P.S. Just on a whim, I emptied the uploads folder, but that didn't do anything to help.
