Well,
I'm specifically talking about threads that are either in the bug forum, are were noted specifically by a support person in the thread that they'd be looked into and fixed. The questions still remain.
Is the policy that the license expires as normal and no bug fixes are ever issued unless you renew your license? Or do you provide support for those bugs submitted prior the the license expiration? Example.

a bug I submitted about 9 months ago.
It's noted by a Photopost developer and that it might be fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't. Here is the
same bug submitted by another person still in the bug forums today. 9 Months of the same bug persisting through different versions.
