License Expiration Questions
I wonder, what is the policy regarding license expiration and outstanding bugs that have been submitted, noted and not received a solution. Example. I submitted a verifiable bug as long as 9 months ago that has been noted, but never fixed. I now have a major issue that I reported more than two weeks ago that is preventing yet another aspect of the software I bought from functioning. My license will expire in a few days.
Is the policy that the license expires as normal and no bug fixes are ever issued unless you renew your license?
Or do you provide support for those bugs submitted prior the the license expiration?
