In reference to my post from last September I have now installed 2.1 and I have still the same problem:

Example
If a user creates a category through the Category Admin and does not set a password he cannot set a password later. He can edit the category but a entered password is being ignored
If a user creates a category through the Category Admin and sets an password (just when he creates the category) everything is OK as long as he does not delete the password. After he has deleted the password it is not possible to set one again because any enter in the password field (with correct double enter of password) is being ignored.
Do I understand something wrong with the password feature? I thought it should be possible to set and delete a password anytime or not?
