To remove quickreply turn off comments for whichever users you dont want to comment
The previous link would be fine cause your photos look to me like they are sorted desc order. The next prev thumbs are not sorted by sorts on showgallery they are sorts when viewing the category not a photo.
As far as removing anything like photo details you would need to hack or modify as it is commonly called your templates and the template you want to edit is showphoto.tmpl
