I've had a 2nd user report the following problem when uploading an image. All of the Photopost messages indicate that the upload was successful, but the image does not show up in the gallery. This happened a couple weeks ago to another one of my users. Both users tried several images before giving up.

Any ideas on what might be causing this to happen? Resource/memory issues? Are there any configuration settings that may need to be increased/changed?
