Oops I just noticed exactly what you mean one is 562 and one is 569 thankyou.
I attempted to upload a gif but says type 7 is not supproted yet even though I entered it on the file types. So I changed it to a gif uploaded it but then get this error message:

So then I click on process which gives me the following errors which Im thinking has to do with the error above:
