The error in question is from the path entered in the /gallery/gallery_config.php.

You can have the gallery in any folder but you need to reflect the path of the forum install folder.
You will also need to reflect the settings in AdminCP => vBGallery => Modify Settings --- the new PATH's and URL's of the gallery install folder.
