Thank you Chuck for assisting again!

The URL is correct but to avoid thousands of people seeing the "destroyed" PP I renamed index.php to index_562.php temporarelly.

I have some infos which may be important. First I have to say that I do not blame PP beeing destroyed or to destroy vB. But anyhow, something must have gone wrong and maybe it was my fault.

1.- I used the scripts from 5.62 downloaded on 12-08-2006 and copied all the scripts over the existing 4.81 dir

2.- I forgot to change config-int.php (not -inc) from local system to the server/internet paths (you should mention in upgrade.txt!). I did it now, but it does not change anything and if the file is used to be written somewhere in database, in db could remain some local values. Is this the case or is the file used as file, not for putting the values into db?

3.- I am not 100% sure but I thought that my local upgrade worked perfect without upgrade 4.82. Anyway, could I do the sql steps from upgrade.php manually now or "is it to late", because following updates changed it again?

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
4.- if we do not manage to save this installation/upgrade I could try to use my backups. But, since vB, vba cmps and PP are in the same database without prefixes (will change that later): what tables EXACTLY belong to PP 4.81, please?

Are they exactly as Michael posted here?

I would try to copy those tables into the database and untar the data-dir (is this necessary?!) to have PP 4.81 again to reupgrade.

5.- we don't have FTP on our server (SCP only), so access is a little difficult. But if you think it could help I could give you access to the database to have a look.

Thank you a lot, the users are really crying. This is high saison till New Years Eve...

Yours
Pyro
